The Shelby ADN Program and
the Practical Nursing Program course packets for NUR 102 and 103
are under revision.
If accessories are needed early students will need to place
two separate orders, one for accessories and one for
uniforms. Meridy's will ship the two orders separate.

Fees:
Mal-practice insurance - $15.00 yearly
Photo ID - $5
Drug Screen - $43 for day classes and
$46 for evening/weekend classes. This is paid directly to
Agent's Choice.
Background Screen - $45 paid directly
to Verified Credentials. Instructions will be give in class
regarding payment.
ERI Testing - $48 for RN students and
$60 for LPN students each semester
Fees are due the first week of class and are
payable at the cashier's window GWH for Jefferson campus or HSB
Shelby campus. Students enrolled at the Jefferson campus should bring receipt
of payment to Ms Venable, in George Layton Nursing Education Building,
office 107. Students enrolled at the Shelby-Hoover campus
should bring receipt of payment to Ms Stewart, in the Health
Science Building, Office 322.
